Can I boil brown rice with a thermos flask?

Hello, is it possible for me to cook brown rice using a thermos flask and a kettle? If so how hot would the rice have to be and how long will it have to boil for?

Also, as far as health is concerned how nutritious is brown rice?

      Brown rice is very nutritious & healthier than white rice.

      It is possible to cook brown rice in a Thermos but cook it like you would with 2 minutes noodles.

      Pour water into thermos, add rice & cover the top for a few minutes. it might take a little longer though because when cook on stove, it takes about 11-15 minutes.
